Your registration details

Raven International Training Academy and Pro Aesthetics Business Consultancy use your name, email, mobile number, payment reference and payment screenshot to administer The Peptide Era webinar, verify your registration and communicate access details. Contact records and payment proofs are restricted to authorized organizers.

Payment verification

GCash, Maya and bank transfers are reviewed manually. Uploading proof does not verify payment or immediately confirm a seat. The amount shown at checkout applies to your submitted registration. Keep your private registration link to check the review status.

Refund policy

Payments are non-refundable.

Zoom access

After your payment is verified, the organizers will send your Zoom access details to the email address you registered with. Keep your private registration link to check your payment status.

Advertising measurement

With your optional consent, this site loads Meta Pixel to measure page visits, checkout starts and successful registration submissions. A successful submission is reported as a Purchase event with the registration fee in PHP; this event does not confirm payment approval. Declining measurement does not prevent registration. Contact form contents and payment screenshots are not included in our Pixel event payloads. Meta may process browser and device data through its script. You can change your choice with “Cookie preferences” on the landing page or checkout.

Questions and data requests

To request access, correction or deletion of your registration details, email adsdeptfitwhite@gmail.com. The organizers will review requests, including any payment record requirements. Payment records are retained for webinar administration and reconciliation; contact the organizers about retention.
